Where Do We Ship?
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries across the globe, with the exception of P.O. boxes. Whether you’re ordering locally or internationally, we’ll get your Komfit pieces delivered to your doorstep.
When Will My Order Arrive?
For items that are in stock, your order will be shipped and delivered within the estimated timeline stated at checkout. If an item is temporarily unavailable, please allow an additional 2–3 days for processing. Should this occur, our team will notify you immediately.
All orders are shipped through our trusted domestic and international delivery partners. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order in real time.

Free Shipping
Customers are only entitled to FREE SHIPPING when the purchase has reached the minimum spend of RM 150.00 (Malaysia orders only). Not applicable for GrabExpress delivery service.
Custom Duties
For international orders, your country might charge customs or import duty fees. These are not included in your order or shipping cost, and customers are responsible for any duties or taxes upon delivery.
